i didn't get my sign-in code. check your spam folder, then ask for a new one. codes expire after 10 minutes.

someone is being unkind. open the menu in the drawing and report them, or block them. you can also email us. we look at every report within a day.

how do i remove someone from my drawing? if it's your drawing, open the list of people on it and remove them.

how do i delete my account? account → delete account, in the app or the browser.

is my drawing saved? yes. every stroke is saved as you draw, and backed up regularly.

does it cost anything? pen pals is free while we're new.
